Greetings from TravelRealIndia! We’re thrilled to embark on a journey with you. Before we set off, it’s important to familiarize yourself with our Terms & Conditions. Please take a moment to peruse this document carefully.
THE ARRANGEMENT
Your agreement is with TravelRealIndia, the epitome of bespoke travel experiences. A binding contract ensues once we confirm your selection of our tour and receive your signed booking form along with the stipulated deposits. Please ensure that all sections of the booking form are accurately completed. Our acceptance of the signed booking form signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of our terms and conditions, culminating in a contractual relationship.
INITIAL DEPOSIT
Upon submission of the signed booking form, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the tour cost per person is required to be remitted to the company.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
To secure the services outlined in your itinerary, an advance payment of 50% is requisite to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be settled at least 7 days prior to your departure date from your homeland. The company reserves the discretion to determine the advance payment amount based on the nature of services and the timeframe preceding the commencement of services. In specific scenarios such as special train journeys or hotel/resort reservations during peak seasons (e.g., X-Mas, New Year), full payment in advance is mandatory.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
In the event of cancellations, written notice must be furnished to us at least one month prior to the client’s scheduled arrival date. Cancellation charges are as follows:
– 10% of the total amount for cancellations made 30 days prior
– 25% of the total amount for cancellations made 15 days prior
– 50% of the total amount for cancellations made 7 days prior
– 100% cancellation fee for no-shows
Refunds for unused services or shortened tours due to genuine reasons will be processed within 10 days of your return to your home country.
LIABILITY
TravelRealIndia does not own or operate the hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour itinerary. As a tour operator, we cannot be held liable:
– In cases where no fault lies with the company, supplier, or agents
– When failures in performance arise due to client-related factors
– When failures are attributable to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control
– In instances of events that could not be foreseen or foretold, even with due care
While we endeavor to maintain impeccable standards, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection. The information provided on our website is compiled meticulously and in good faith, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional service.
COMPLAINTS
We strive to ensure that every journey with TravelRealIndia is enjoyable and hassle-free. In the unlikely event of any issues, please notify your tour manager immediately for swift resolution. Should the matter remain unresolved, you must formally notify the company in writing within 28 days of the tour’s conclusion. Failure to do so may impact the investigation and resolution of your complaint. Any disputes between clients and TravelRealIndia shall be governed by Indian jurisdiction.
PASSPORTS & VISAS
Travelers must possess a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months and a valid visa to travel to India from overseas countries, excluding citizens of Nepal & Bhutan. The processing of passports and visas is not included in the tour cost.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Standard check-in/check-out times in most hotels are at 12:00 PM (IST). Costs associated with early check-in or late check-out are not included in the tour package. While we can make requests for early check-in or late check-out, availability depends on hotel policies, seasonal factors, and room availability.
EXTRA VEHICLE USAGE
The cost of vehicle usage (car/coaches with drivers) does not cover additional usage beyond transfers or sightseeing, unless specified in the itinerary.
ITINERARY AMENDMENTS
Once the tour commences, the itinerary proceeds as planned. However, in unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify all or parts of the itinerary for the safety and well-being of our esteemed travelers.
SURCHARGES
Prices are subject to surcharges in the event of sudden increases in fuel prices, scheduled airfares, or government-imposed taxes. While we endeavor to absorb a portion of these increases, any amount exceeding 2% will be surcharged accordingly.
OUR LIABILITY
TravelRealIndia accepts liability for arrangements within our control and acknowledges responsibility for negligence on the part of our employees. However, certain circumstances fall outside our purview or are not within our liability, including:
– Death, injury, illness, accidents, loss, delay, or discomfort
– Acts, omissions, or defaults of independent contractors or third parties
– Unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control
In such instances, TravelRealIndia cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control or for events unforeseeable or unavoidable.
